Can I change the time of my ticket after purchasing it?

No, this is not possible.

Can I come in at a different time other than the time stated on my ticket?

No, this is not possible, you must enter within the time margin stated on your ticket.

I can no longer come to the event, can I give my friend my ticket even though it has my name on it?

Yes, it will not be an issue to give your friend your ticket.

I lost my ticket, what can I do?

You can find your tickets here. Can’t figure it out? Please send us an email at ticket@vault-sessions.com. We will find your ticket for you. Please make sure to use the same email you did whilst buying your ticket.

Why can I not download my tickets as soon as I buy them?

Our new ticketing system provided by Eventix, called “Sealed Tickets” allows ticket buyers to download the tickets only shortly before the event. This allows a fairer transaction to be executed between promoters and ticket buyers.

Once your tickets are ready to be downloaded, you will receive an email notification.

To re-sell your tickets on TicketSwap, you can follow the “Download your Tickets” link in the confirmation email. Once you have been redirected to the Eventix page, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the option to re-sell tickets on TicketSwap.

What do I do if I feel unsafe, unwell or uncomfortable?

For all our events, we will have a diligent and attentive Awareness Team that you can approach throughout the entire event. In the case you feel unsafe, unwell or uncomfortable, our Awareness Team will be more than happy to help you in any form necassary.

What is an "awareness team"

An awareness team is a group of safety scouts who are at the venue to ensure each participant is having a good time. They are essential in keeping the vibe of the party as fun and comfortable as possible. Do not hesitate to approach them in case you feel ill, uncomfortable, tired or under threat.

Can I bring my medication to the venue?

This rule can change depending on the venue our party will take place in.

However, for a general overview, most venues will accept sealed medication and/or medication that has been prescribed.

Please make sure to present your prescription upon entry.

Do you provide medical assistance during your events?

Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to provide medical assistance during our events. In the case you need medical assistance, please contact a member of staff or an Awareness Team member to help assist you accordingly!

If only perscription medication is allowed, will the Awareness Team provide ibuprofen, paracetamol?

No, the Awareness Team does not have the authority to hand out over-the-counter medication.
