Can I change the time of my ticket after purchasing it?
No, this is not possible.

Can I come in at a different time other than the time stated on my ticket?
No, this is not possible, you must enter within the time margin stated on your ticket

I can no longer come to the event, can I give my friend my ticket even though it has my name on it?
Yes, giving your friend your ticket will not be an issue.

I lost my ticket, what can I do?
You can find your tickets here. Can’t figure it out? Please send us an email at ticket@vault-sessions.com. We will find your ticket for you. Please make sure to use the same email you used when buying your ticket.

Why can I not download my tickets as soon as I buy them?
Our new ticketing system provided by Eventix, called “Sealed Tickets” allows ticket buyers to download the tickets only shortly before the event. This allows a fairer transaction to be executed between promoters and ticket buyers

You will receive an email notification once your tickets are ready to be downloaded

To re-sell your tickets on TicketSwap, you can follow the “Download your Tickets” link in the confirmation email. Once you have been redirected to the Eventix page, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the option to re-sell tickets on TicketSwap.

We do not accept returns for digital downloads, but all physical items (such as vinyl, CDs, and merchandise) can be returned.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. However, if your item arrives faulty, please reach out to shipping@vault-sessions.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

You have 28 days from the delivery date or the date your order is ready for collection at your chosen store or pickup point to return an item for a refund. You are responsible for returned items until they arrive with us, so please ensure they are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

If you wish to return something for another reason, please ensure that the product is returned in ‘new’ condition with no damage.

All returns must be accompanied by your full name, order number and a written explanation of why you are returning the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
